Job Description

Join our team as the Ministries Director, responsible for leading all religious activities and spiritual initiatives. This role requires exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide both staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for religious programs.
  • Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for ministry activities.
  • Organize and facilitate worship services and prayer circles.
  • Oversee recruitment and training of ministry volunteers.
  • Partner with departments for community outreach and events.
  • Evaluate and enhance ministry programs for impact.
  • Adapt to emerging spiritual trends and practices.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Offer pastoral care and counseling as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Theology or Religious Leadership
  • Relevant certifications in non-profit management are a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years in a leadership role within a non-profit organization
