Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Balancer to maintain and ensure that our equipment operates at optimal levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various balancing machines with precision to guarantee specifications.
  • Work alongside engineers and production staff to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assess and correct imbalances in rotating parts.
  • Record all balancing operations and results accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines during balancing processes.
  • Train junior staff on balancing procedures and machinery operation.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance improvements.
  • Report any significant mechanical failures to the maintenance team.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training or experience in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial balancing or related area
Technical Skills
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Welding and fabrication skills

Certifications
  • OSHA Safety Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
