We are looking for a skilled Balancer to maintain and ensure that our equipment operates at optimal levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Operate various balancing machines with precision to guarantee specifications.
Work alongside engineers and production staff to enhance operational efficiency.
Assess and correct imbalances in rotating parts.
Record all balancing operations and results accurately.
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines during balancing processes.
Train junior staff on balancing procedures and machinery operation.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance improvements.
Report any significant mechanical failures to the maintenance team.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical training or experience in a related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial balancing or related area
Technical Skills
