Job Description

We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical and Mechatronics Technician to join our team in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will perform testing and troubleshooting on complex electronic and mechanical systems, contributing to the advancement of our manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on various electro-mechanical devices and systems.
• Document and evaluate test outcomes and propose necessary adjustments.
• Interface with engineering teams to enhance testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Train junior technicians on testing procedures and equipment use.
• Maintain records of equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Participate in quality control audits as required.
• Implement new testing methodologies to improve quality metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues.
• Update testing protocols to align with industry advancements.
• Assist in the development of product specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
