Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Top Tech Solutions, you'll be instrumental in helping clients resolve their IT issues. Your expertise in both hardware and software will enhance our support capabilities while creating a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
