Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for our employees. Your problem-solving skills and customer service orientation will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a knack for diagnosing technological problems and providing timely assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for IT-related inquiries.
  • Ensure resolution of issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all interactions with users in a detailed manner.
  • Assist in maintaining user accounts and access permissions.
  • Conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Engage with users to understand their technical challenges.
  • Participate in continuous training and development sessions.
  • Work closely with the IT team to improve support processes.
  • Contribute to the development of IT policy and procedures.
  • Handle technical escalations and follow-up communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus
Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
