Job Description

As the K-12 School Principal, you will lead our educational institution, ensuring that we meet our academic goals while fostering a supportive and positive school culture. Your leadership will guide the school in achieving excellence in all facets of education, from administration to student engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Shape a positive school culture that promotes student growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational strategies and outcomes.
  • Establish safety protocols and ensure a secure campus for all stakeholders.
  • Engage with the community to build partnerships that support school activities.
  • Administer assessments and use data to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in educational leadership or related field
  • State certification as a school principal is mandatory
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in K-12 education, with a focus on administration.
