Job Description

As a Grill Prep Cook, you will be integral to our kitchen team, ensuring the preparation of ingredients and marinating meats. You will handle the grill station efficiently while collaborating with our cooks to deliver perfect grilled dishes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of student records and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate course registration and maintain the academic calendar.
• Ensure adherence to FERPA regulations and data privacy laws.
• Provide support for various academic programs and reporting requirements.
• Conduct training for staff on record management systems and procedures.
• Actively resolve discrepancies in student data.
• Maintain communication with faculty and students for all academic processes.
• Implement policies that enhance operational efficiency in the Registrar's Office.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize the use of software tools.
• Monitor the quality of data entry and data integrity compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Education is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an educational registrar's office
