Job Description
As a Gang Supervisor, you will oversee gang prevention initiatives and coordinate with law enforcement to ensure community safety. This role is pivotal in developing programs to support at-risk individuals and promote a safer environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor community conditions and identify potential gang activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of gang prevention initiatives and modify as necessary.
Facilitate training sessions for community members on conflict resolution and gang prevention.
Advocate for legislative change to improve community safety measures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in social work or criminal justice preferred
Experience
Experience working with gang prevention programs is a plus
