Job Description

As a Gang Supervisor, you will oversee gang prevention initiatives and coordinate with law enforcement to ensure community safety. This role is pivotal in developing programs to support at-risk individuals and promote a safer environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor community conditions and identify potential gang activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of gang prevention initiatives and modify as necessary.
  • Facilitate training sessions for community members on conflict resolution and gang prevention.
  • Advocate for legislative change to improve community safety measures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in social work or criminal justice preferred
Experience
  • Experience working with gang prevention programs is a plus
