Job Description

As a Jigger Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining jigger machines used in the textile industry. Your role will involve ensuring proper machine setup, monitoring production, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Run jigger machines to dye fabrics, ensuring accuracy in color and quality.
  • Load and unload fabric materials safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with quality control to ensure finished products meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and perform routine maintenance.
  • Prepare dye mixtures accurately and safely.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures during operation and maintenance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in the textile industry is advantageous but not always required for entry-level positions.
