Job Description

The Financial Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring effective management of payroll functions. You will play a critical role in processing employee payments accurately and on time, while also liaising with various departments to address any payroll-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Work closely with HR to manage employee compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports related to payroll.
  • Monitor payroll systems and propose improvements.
  • Educate employees on payroll processes and policies.
  • Support special projects and initiatives in the finance department.
  • Ensure data integrity in payroll and related systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll or benefits administration
