Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct hiring manager training on effective interviewing techniques.
• Maintain communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Make recommendations for improvement based on candidate feedback.
• Manage recruitment budgets and expenses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting across multiple industries
