Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top candidates to meet our client’s hiring needs. You will play a crucial role in building strong talent pipelines and enhancing our reputation as a premier recruiting firm.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in talent and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Utilize social media and job boards to attract candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates against job descriptions and organizational culture.
  • Draft job postings and manage online recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background verification.
  • Create engaging content for recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
  • Advise management on best hiring practices and talent acquisition trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting across multiple industries
