Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will take charge of optimizing our supply chain framework. Your leadership will be essential in driving improvements in procurement, production, and logistics, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain team in executing strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory control to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets for supply chain operations.
• Enhance supply chain sustainability practices.
• Train new team members on supply chain processes and systems.
• Participate in project management related to supply chain improvements.
• Conduct regular reviews of supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Business or related field is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related role
