Job Description

The Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender is responsible for operating and maintaining bath mixing equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper mixing of ingredients according to batch formulas, perform quality checks, and maintain equipment to ensure production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of bath mixers and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Keep detailed records of mixing procedures and ingredient usage.
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after use.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist in training team members on best practices and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
• Manage the mixing process to optimize throughput and efficiency.
• Report any maintenance needs to the management team for timely action.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in bath product manufacturing is a plus

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Mixing Equipment Controls
• Ability to Use Measuring Instruments

Languages

• English: Fluent
