As a Carhop/Waitstaff, you will be the face of Delicious Drive-In, providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced drive-in setting. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle multiple tables' orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide menu recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Assist in training new team members to maintain service standards.
• Keep track of customer feedback and relay it to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred

Technical Skills

• Food Safety Knowledge
• Point of Sale (POS) Systems

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of menu items and specials: Familiarity with our menu to provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Experience handling challenging customer situations: Prior experience resolving customer disputes or issues effectively.
