Job Description

As a Lodging Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the front office department's daily operations at our prestigious hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring top-tier customer service and seamless front desk operations while leading your front office team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor.
• Schedule production runs and enlist staff accordingly.
• Ensure that all production equipment is maintained and operating at full capacity.
• Analyze production data and generate reports for management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among manufacturing staff.
• Lead meetings to discuss production goals and performance metrics.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure material availability.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and adjust production processes accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Certification in Production Management is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control
• Lean Manufacturing Techniques

• Analytical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD Software: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD software.
