Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wire Drawer to join our dedicated team at Dynamic Wire Solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating wire-drawing machinery to draw and shape wire materials according to strict specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to monitor machinery performance will be key in ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wire drawing machines according to production schedules.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues with wire defects during production.
• Take corrective actions to improve the quality of the wire being produced.
• Feed wire material into machines and ensure proper threading.
• Keep accurate logs of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the training of new employees on wire drawing processes.
• Work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Ensure the safe operation of production equipment and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in manufacturing processes

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in wire drawing or similar positions

Technical Skills

• Quality control methods

Languages

• English: Fluent
