Job Description

As an Orthopedic Boot and Shoe Designer, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for footwear that cater to patients with specific medical needs. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that your designs meet both functional and aesthetic criteria.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative footwear solutions.
• Analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to improve product design.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer needs.
• Utilize CAD software for design and customization of footwear.
• Attend workshops and conferences to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Supervise junior designers and provide mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Footwear Design, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in footwear design and development, preferably in the orthopedic footwear industry.
