We are looking for a highly motivated Home Lending Officer to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will provide outstanding service as they guide clients through the home loan application process. This role demands an exceptional understanding of mortgage lending practices, excellent communication, and a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess loan applications to determine borrowing eligibility.
• Facilitate the loan approval process from application to closing.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Gather and review necessary financial paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Keep up with changes in mortgage regulations and lending criteria.
• Utilize loan origination software to manage application workflows.
• Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
• Participate in community events to promote home lending services.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals consistently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and customer satisfaction.
