Job Description

As a Help Desk Technician at Tech Solutions Inc., you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients in Phoenix. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, guiding users through solutions, and ensuring their technical environment is running smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to support tickets in the IT service management system.

Requirements

Education
