Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals ready to take on the role of Textile Machine Operator. Your expertise in managing winding, twisting, and drawing out machinery will contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch textile products.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload warping machines with yarn.
• Conduct routine inspections of machines to prevent downtime.
• Follow production schedules and meet output goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
• Work with other departments to coordinate material supply.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance and control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of textile manufacturing experience preferred

• Textile Equipment Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
