• Perform health assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Provide treatment and management plans for various health concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists for comprehensive care.
• Educate and support patients on lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Engage in community outreach programs for health education.
• Contribute to clinical research and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Pharmacology

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
