Responsibilities

• Design and execute custom cakes for special events.
• Utilize modern techniques like fondant and airbrushing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline cake production.
• Keep abreast of competitor offerings and trends.
• Assist in the development of new cake recipes.
• Ensure quality control on all finished products.
• Engage in community events to showcase our cakes.
• Help organize the baking schedule to meet demand.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts (preferred)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in custom cake design

Technical Skills

• Fondant Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
