Job Description

The Card Lacer is a critical position in our manufacturing team responsible for lacing and fastening cards using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate card lacing equipment efficiently.
• Lace cards by hand or machine, ensuring precision.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the lacing equipment.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to improve processes.
• Keep the work area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Report any safety or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
• Support other production roles as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in card manufacturing is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Card manufacturing knowledge
• Quality inspection skills

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with card manufacturing operations: Knowledge of the card manufacturing process and equipment.
