Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition and treatment efficacy.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Advocate for patient needs in interdisciplinary care settings.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.
• Engage in community outreach and education programs related to health and wellness.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current California PT license required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation desirable

Technical Skills

• Rehabilitation Techniques
• Electrotherapy

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
• Advanced Manual Therapy Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Specialization in sports rehabilitation: Experience with sports injuries and performance enhancement.
• Bilingual abilities: Ability to communicate in Spanish or other languages is desirable.
