Job Description

As a Lightning Rod Installer, you will be responsible for effectively installing and maintaining lightning protection systems on various structures. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety to ensure the systems meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematics to determine installation locations and methods.
• Perform site assessments to identify potential hazards and plan installs.
• Ensure all materials meet specifications and quality standards before installation.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Evaluate equipment functionality and recommend necessary upgrades.
• Stay informed about new industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of tools and materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Electrical Technology preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in electrical installation preferred
