Job Description

Join our team as a Flight Attendant! You will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities include conducting safety checks, assisting with boarding, and addressing passenger needs throughout the flight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the cabin is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist passengers with stowing their luggage and personal items.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and provide valuable safety instructions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during the flight.
• Address any passenger requests and handle their concerns.
• Prepare and serve in-flight meals and beverages.
• Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities.
• Perform post-flight checks and complete required paperwork.
• Work alongside the Captain and First Officer to ensure passenger safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA-approved training program completion

Experience

• Entry-level positions may require little to no experience, while senior positions may require several years in the airline industry.

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• First aid and CPR certification

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior customer service experience: Experience in a role that requires direct interaction with customers.
• Fluency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
