Job Description

As a Furniture Assembly Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team in assembling high-quality furniture products. This role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise assembly operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Establish and monitor production schedules, ensuring optimum use of resources.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives and performance metrics.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of materials.
  • Lead team-building initiatives to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Operations Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role within furniture manufacturing
