Sweatband Cutting Machine Operator

Job Description

We are searching for a Sweatband Cutting Machine Operator to join our production team. This individual will be responsible for operating cutting machines, ensuring quality control, and maintaining an efficient workflow in our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cutting machines for sweatbands.
• Conduct quality checks during the manufacturing process.
• Make adjustments to machinery based on the type of material used.
• Document daily production outputs and machine performance.
• Train new team members on machine operation processes.
• Identify supply shortages and communicate needs to management.
• Implement safety measures to minimize workplace hazards.
• Assist in process optimization projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Good hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Languages

• English: Fluent
