Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the construction manager to optimize workflow.
• Assist in training junior staff on safe installation practices.
• Participate in safety meetings and comply with all safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in construction or gypsum installation

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate heavy machinery
• Knowledge of safety practices

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Good communication

Advantageous

• Knowledge of building codes: Understanding local building regulations will enhance work efficiency.
• Experience with drywall installation: Experience in drywall work can complement gypsum block setting.
