Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to management, facilitating effective HR solutions that drive organizational success. You'll focus on performance management, employee engagement, and compliance while helping departments achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders in addressing employee-related issues.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and help line management in career development discussions.
  • Lead the evaluation and development of training programs for various teams.
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance our HR strategy.
  • Collaborate in the recruitment process to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to HR team members to develop their professional skills.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming work culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of HR experience in a business partner role or similar
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software (e.g. Trello, Asana)
  • Employee Engagement Tools (e.g. Gallup Q12)
Soft Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Conflict Resolution Skills
Certifications
  • Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent
