Job Description

As a Vault Teller, you will play a vital role in the secure handling of cash and assets within our banking operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain the inventory of our bank's vault, ensuring that all valuables are stored accurately and securely. This position requires a meticulous individual who can work effectively under pressure and adhere to strict security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash flow and vault transactions.
  • Perform security checks and alarm system tests.
  • Document any discrepancies in cash reporting.
  • Stay updated on criminal behavior trends to identify potential threats.
  • Develop relationships with clients and staff for effective communication.
  • Assist in regulatory compliance training for new staff.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient vault environment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in banking or security are a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in vault operations is preferred
