As a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers, you will oversee daily operations in our workshop, ensuring that all services are performed to the highest standards. Your experience will guide our team as you develop staff, manage workflow, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide hands-on assistance during peak times and complex repairs.
• Develop and implement training programs for mechanics.
• Set goals for performance improvement and staff development.
• Participate in the budgeting process for repairs and services.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers for parts procurement.
• Implement environmentally-friendly practices in the workshop.
• Drive initiatives for customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Management training or certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of automotive repair and management experience

Languages
