Job Description

As an Ethics Officer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance. You will develop, implement, and monitor policies that promote ethical behavior and mitigate misconduct.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of compliance and ethics programs.
  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Facilitate workshops on ethical decision-making and compliance awareness.
  • Conduct audits of compliance policies and practices.
  • Work closely with HR to address ethical inquiries during hiring and onboarding.
  • Provide analysis and reports on ethical violations and resolutions to the executive team.
  • Externally liaise with regulatory agencies regarding compliance matters.
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation by fostering ethical leadership.
  • Guide departments in integrating ethical considerations into their operations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to ethics and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field
  • Certification preferred in Ethics or Compliance Management
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in ethics management
