Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator who will be pivotal in our PCB manufacturing environment. You will handle various responsibilities, including operating NC drill machines, inspecting for defects, and maintaining documentation. Your technical knowledge and proactive communication with team members will enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate NC drill machines using various programs and blueprints.
• Adjust parameters to optimize machine performance and consistency.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to rectify defects in PCBs.
• Maintain records of production and machine settings to track efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Support training sessions for new operators.
• Implement safety measures and protocols on the production floor.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Certification in CNC machining (preferred)

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in NC drilling within the PCB industry.
