As a Foundry Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing processes for metal casting production. Your expertise will be invaluable as you work closely with our production teams to enhance quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of casting processes, including sand and investment casting.
Optimize parameters to improve quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
Implement process control measures to ensure consistent product quality.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in production and equipment.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain documentation related to process control, equipment maintenance, and product quality.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Metallurgy or a related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in foundry process engineering
