Talent Director

Job Description

As a Talent Director, your primary role will involve sourcing, attracting, and recruiting exceptional candidates to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, evaluate candidates through rigorous screening processes, and foster a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and refine existing recruitment strategies for various roles across the organization.
• Evaluate candidates' experience and qualifications during the interview process.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate sourcing and assessment.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market salary rates and competitive trends.
• Implement creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent.
• Collaborate with marketing on employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
