Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist to coordinate all MRI appointments. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, ensure patient comfort during procedures, and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pre-appointment verification processes for all MRI cases.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide solutions.
• Regularly update medical records and scheduling software.
• Ensure MRI safety protocols are followed during each procedure.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Develop and implement best practices for patient care in MRI.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report findings.
• Act as a liaison between imaging team and administrative staff.
• Stay current with advancements in MRI technology and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in MRI imaging or healthcare coordination

• Understanding of Safety Protocols

Certifications

• Certified MRI Technologist

Languages

• English: Fluent
