Job Description

As a Recruiter at Tech Hiring Solutions, your mission will be to connect talented individuals with opportunities that suit their skills and aspirations. You will conduct interviews, facilitate job offers, and onboard new hires, all while crafting compelling job descriptions that appeal to potential candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline, tracking candidates through the hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
