Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guillotine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the guillotine cutting machine, ensuring precision and efficiency in every cut.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate the guillotine cutting machine for production runs.
• Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings for machine operation.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct routine quality checks of cut materials.
• Train junior operators on safety and operational procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with similar machinery preferred.

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance
• Production scheduling

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with other cutting machines: Hands-on experience with other types of industrial cutting equipment.
