Responsibilities
Teach fundamental and advanced music theory concepts in an engaging manner.
Create tailored lesson plans that cater to various skill levels.
Assess the effectiveness of teaching methods and adjust accordingly.
Offer additional support to students struggling with concepts.
Facilitate group projects and collaborations to enhance learning.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
Master's in Music Education preferred
Experience
At least 3 years in teaching music theory at the postsecondary level
