Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic financial planning process, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Establish financial and operational metrics to assess performance.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making at the executive level.
  • Guide and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee mergers and acquisitions activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Present financial information to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree in Finance or relevant field preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive finance position.
