Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Case Coordinator to manage and coordinate case files for government programs. The candidate will facilitate interviews, assist in legal documentation, and ensure all processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough interviews with clients to determine eligibility for programs.
  • Assist in preparing and filing necessary legal documents.
  • Create reports on case status and client feedback for management.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and understanding.
  • Evaluate case files and provide recommendations for case processing.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal or client services role
