Responsibilities
Conduct thorough interviews with clients to determine eligibility for programs.
Assist in preparing and filing necessary legal documents.
Create reports on case status and client feedback for management.
Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and understanding.
Evaluate case files and provide recommendations for case processing.
Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field
Master's degree is preferred

3+ years of experience in a legal or client services role
