Job Description

The College Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing administrative functions within the college environment. This includes ensuring that all activities and programs are executed efficiently and effectively while promoting a positive educational experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of student enrollment and academic records management.
  • Develop and implement policies regarding student services.
  • Collaborate with faculty to ensure academic programs align with student needs.
  • Provide leadership and support for the student affairs team.
  • Assess student needs and improve retention strategies.
  • Represent the college to external stakeholders and accrediting bodies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in college administration or related field

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Student Information Systems (e.g. Banner)
