Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Equipment Installer and Repairer for Motor Vehicles who is adept at installing and configuring GPS navigation systems in various vehicle types. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Execute installations of advanced GPS navigation systems in vehicles.
• Conduct tests post-installation to ensure systems meet operational requirements.
• Assist in the training of new technicians on installation processes.
• Record and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Partner with team leads to refine installation techniques.
• Keep abreast of regulations affecting vehicle electronics.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to prevent downtime.
• Facilitate communication with clients regarding service appointments.
• Contribute to collaborative projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in automotive technology, electronics, or related field preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in GPS navigation system installation and repair.
