Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Plating Machine Setter to handle the entire plating process, from surface preparation to equipment maintenance. If you are passionate about quality production, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for electroplating through various cleaning methods.
  • Mix and prepare appropriate plating solutions.
  • Operate and monitor electroplating equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of production data.
  • Follow safety regulations and ensure proper PPE usage.
  • Manage inventory of plating materials and reporting shortages.
  • Assist in training staff on plating techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in electroplating or related fields
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Plating Chemistry
  • Plating Equipment Operation
Soft Skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Communication Skills
Certifications
  • Certifications in electroplating or related fields
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in nickel plating: Previous work experience specifically in nickel plating processes.
