Floor Cashier

Job Description

We are on the hunt for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Floor Cashiers. As a frontline representative, you will handle cash transactions, provide excellent service, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Collect payments and give change accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed appealingly and organized effectively.
• Work collaboratively with other cashiers and store associates.
• Follow health and safety regulations pertinent to food handling (if applicable).

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required, but previous cashier or customer service experience is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Cash Register Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to handle customer complaints: Experience managing customer complaints and finding resolutions.
