Paper Reclaiming Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paper Reclaiming Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining paper reclaiming machines and equipment, ensuring production targets are met and quality control standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal operation.
• Document and report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Support inventory management by tracking material usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to machine operations.
• Implement quality control checks to maintain product standards.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams for machinery upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during operation.
• Provide recommendations for maintenance schedules and equipment upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Technical certification in the manufacturing field is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing role

• PLC Programming
