Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and strategic advice to our organization in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and experience in litigation management, contract negotiations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex legal issues and regulations.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist in the development of corporate policies.
• Liaise with government agencies on regulatory matters.
• Support business development with legal insights and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of legal documents.
• Advise on employment law matters and employee relations.
• Participate in legal audits and compliance assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent
• LL.M. preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law or litigation
