The Golf Ball Winder is an essential role in our sports manufacturing sector. As a key player on our production team, you will operate and maintain the machinery that winds golf balls, ensuring quality and efficiency in our production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate golf ball winding machinery.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment as necessary.
• Verify that production meets quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct routine quality control tests on finished products.
• Flow management and task prioritization to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials and ensure supply continuity.
• Achieve and surpass production goals consistently.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain cleanliness.
• Work closely with other team members and departments.
• Assist in the training of new personnel as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical engineering preferred

Experience

• No prior experience required, but individuals with experience in sports manufacturing or mechanical engineering will be highly regarded.
