Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Parts Salesperson to manage our parts inventory and assist customers with their orders. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with clients and ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for parts.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize operations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock levels.
  • Assist with the implementation of new inventory management systems.
  • Provide training to new team members on inventory processes.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts.
  • Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and adjust orders accordingly.
  • Promote new products and parts to customers.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in supply chain management is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in parts sales or related field
Technical Skills
  • ERP systems

Certifications
  • APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
